About – Art of Circulation My name is Denise Bañaga, and I am a licensed massage therapist with over 11 years of experience. After more than a decade of dedicated practice, I am honored to welcome you into my private practice, Art of Circulation. My work has evolved through years of hands-on experience and a deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. Today, my approach is somatic-informed, restorative bodywork—slow, intentional, and guided by what the body communicates in the present moment. Somatic work honors awareness, sensation, and safety. Rather than forcing change, I create space for the nervous system to soften and for the body to respond naturally. Each session is guided by listening—through touch, stillness, and presence—allowing your body to lead the experience. I incorporate a range of modalities, including therapeutic targeted relief, relaxation massage, hot stones, warm oil Thai sticks, and hot towels. Every session is personalized and unrushed, supporting regulation, restoration, and balance. My practice is designed to be quiet, grounding, and deeply respectful of time and gravity. Communication is always welcome, yet silence is equally honored. Clients are encouraged to remain present in their bodies, using simple cues—such as raising a hand—if something needs adjustment. At Art of Circulation, the focus is not fixing, forcing, or performing—but allowing. Allowing the body to settle. Allowing awareness to return. Allowing circulation, rhythm, and ease.
